Gift Wrapping

For your convenience My Little Angel provides a complimentary gift wrapping service.

Gifts may be shipped directly to the recipient – you will be given the option for a different delivery address at the checkout.


We understand that you would like to receive your products as soon as possible and will dispatch within 24 hours of payment being received. 

Within Australia

All items are sent via Australia Post registered post and should be received to the major cities within 1-3 business days. 

The recipient, or anyone authorised to accept the goods on their behalf, must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order from the Post Office.

We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for all deliveries within Australia.

Spend over $150 and we will deliver your order anywhere in Australia for FREE! 


All international deliveries to New Zealand will be delivered via Australia Post Air Mail at a flat rate of $18.

Please ensure you leave your order number and name as a reference when transferring funds, and then email us to confirm payment. Goods will be shipped once payment is confirmed.

Returns Policy  

We would like you to be delighted with your online experience, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 60 days for a full refund. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition, with the original labels and tags still attached and item unworn and unused.

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the post so please send your return package by registered post or express post, which will serve as your security in case this happens. Once the return is received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.


Please return the item to be exchanged as above. If your exchange is for incorrect size, or you have simply changed your mind, please include an addressed pre-paid satchel for your new item to be returned in.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and thoroughly check and carefully package your order, before despatching.

If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable.
